Rules and Regulations

LIST AND COMPOSITION OF SERVICES:

• Implementation of additional educational, developmental programs, including:

• Ensuring the implementation of additional general educational programs, pedagogical, physical culture, sports, regional studies, (classes in studios, sports sections, specialized teams) in accordance with the approved register of additional general educational programs at the option of the student.

• Organization and conduct of educational, cognitive, creative, entertainment programs and events, as part of the educational and development activities of the children's camp:

• conducting excursions around the territory of Cyprus with visits to historical, cultural and memorable places

• visiting museums, exhibitions, parks in Cyprus;

• boat trips in summer

• organization of music and dance classes, creative contests and discos according to the plans and schedules of the children's camp;

• organization of sports activities and competitions;

• organization of entertainment programs (opening and closing ceremonies of the shift, concert, game programs);

• provision of the material and technical means necessary for the implementation of educational activities, and premium products with symbols for the winners and awardees of creative contests and sports competitions.

Implementation of educational programs of basic general, secondary general education (from September 01 to May 25), including:

• provision of training services for additional general developmental programs that ensure the development of intellectual, creative and applied abilities of students within the framework of the approved educational program;

• provision of the material and technical means necessary for the implementation of educational activities.

• Content of Students:

3.1. Accommodation and meals:

• living in conditions that meet the current sanitary rules and regulations;

• meals according to a balanced children's menu in accordance with the current sanitary rules and regulations;

• providing Students with a uniform for the season during their stay.

• Transport service:

• meeting at the airport of Larnaca, transfer and service on the official days of arrival / departure, subject to the availability of relevant information;

• meeting at the airport of Larnaca and departure to the airport of Larnaca is carried out on the basis of the information specified at least 10 days before the start of the shift (section

"Transfer" in the application); in the absence of information on the transfer, the meeting and timely departure are not guaranteed;

• transport service is provided during your stay and when visiting excursion sites.

• Distribution by squads:

• Students are divided into groups according to the age principle (the maximum corresponding to the age) with an acceptable age difference of no more than 2 years;

• the administration reserves the right to transfer the Students from one squadron to another on the day of arrival,

• distribution to a specialized squad is made at the request of the Child, as well as in accordance with age criteria and medical indications;

• Medical service:

• formation of health groups of Students in accordance with the medical indicators of children;

• preventive medical examination, if necessary, outpatient or inpatient treatment;

• Conducting consultations and (or) preventive conversations on healthy lifestyles and child injury prevention.

• Wellness:

• sea bathing with a scientifically based health-improving regime of beach procedures, medical and rescue support: in the summer - every day (in accordance with weather conditions);

• Ensuring the safety of life and health of Students:

• round-the-clock maintenance of public order and protection of Students on the territory,

providing night watch of teachers in dormitories and a medical worker in the camp's medical center;

RULES OF RESIDENCE

• During his stay in the camp, the student is provided with a uniform according to the season (except for underwear, shoes).

• The administration has the right to unilaterally terminate the student's stay at the camp and return him to his place of residence (at the expense of the Customer):

for gross violation of the generally accepted norms of behavior and rules established in the camp, including for the commission, by the student, of illegal actions and misconduct that insult and humiliate the dignity of another person, as well as harm the health of others;

• for the use of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, alcoholic beverages (including beer), smoking tobacco and smoking mixtures.

• Parents (legal representatives) consent to the child's participation in educational, sports, tourist and other events held within the approved program of the corresponding shift. In order to increase the child's interest in the events held by the center, parents agree to a possible restriction of the child's access to using mobile devices , as well as means of access to the network, the Internet and other entertainment applications.

• Parents (legal representatives) agree that for the sake of the health, safety and well-being of all children and employees of the Center, the Student must comply with the rules and norms of behavior.

• Parents (legal representatives) agree to the Student's participation in interviews, photo and video filming, allow editing and use for non-commercial purposes, as well as in advertising photos and videos with the child, including printed materials, posting on the Internet and other means.

• Parents (legal representatives), in the event of a threat to the life and health of the student, agree to hospitalization, emergency surgical treatment, as well as other emergency medical measures necessary to preserve the life and health of the child.

• For a student living in another state, you must provide additional documents:

• a copy of the document according to which the child crossed the border of the Russian Federation (the student's birth certificate or a copy of the passport (mandatory visa mark, if any);

• a copy of the passport of one of the student's parents - a foreign citizen;

• medical insurance.

In case of independent arrival / departure of a student living in another state, a notarized consent of the parents (father and mother) or legal representative for the student's independent movement is required.

ORDER OF MEDICAL EXAMINATION OF CHILDREN

• All children must undergo a mandatory medical examination upon arrival.

• During the medical examination of children, accompanying persons must provide the required documents:

• Medical card

• Informed voluntary consent to medical intervention, use and processing of the child's personal data

• Vaccination data must be entered in the table in the medical record;

• for foreign citizens, medical insurance is required, valid on the territory of Cyprus;

• A copy of the child's birth certificate (passport).

• Application for participation in active activities.

• Requirements for filling out medical documents:

The information in the submitted documents must be indicated in full according to the established samples in printed form or in legible handwriting in full, without abbreviations, without abbreviations or with their decoding.

• The medical card must be completed by the district pediatrician or the doctor of the adolescent office at the location of the child and include a comprehensive assessment of the child's health 10 days before the start of the shift.

• The medical record must contain information about the absence of medical contraindications

• If the child has chronic diseases, with the exception of the chronic diseases specified, the accompanying person is obliged to provide a specialist doctor's opinion on the child's health status with individual recommendations for the child.

• The accompanying person is obliged to personally obtain the opinion of the medical staff on the child's medical examination.

• Children are not accepted and are subject to return to the place of residence at their own expense, in the following cases:

• The child has contraindications

• Lack of a medical record, additions to it, or non-compliance with the requirements specified above;

• Identification of any forms of pediculosis.

• Children who have head lice during examination may be admitted provided that sanitization is carried out at their own expense.

• If the provided documents during the mandatory medical examination reveal the lack of information, inaccuracies in the documentation that can be corrected and supplemented within 2 days, the decision on the admission of such a child is made at the discretion of the administration on an individual basis.

• The procedure for providing medical care to children.

• If the child is inpatient treatment in medical institutions of the health care system, the provision of medical services and the organization of medical nutrition is carried out in accordance with the contract of compulsory medical insurance at the expense of the financial resources of the insurance medical organization.

• By agreement with the parents and accompanying persons, the child can be sent home.

• The child is provided with medicines before arriving at the place of residence.

• The time and conditions for sending the child after recovery are agreed with the parents.
